The power supply is composed of IGBT module, fast recovery diode and digital control circuit, with the following characteristics:
Digital control: the welding action process is controlled by single chip microcontroller, ensuring reliability;
The automatic compensation function of the power network waves: the welding current is automatically controlled at the set value, and the welding current is stable and reproducible without the influence of the voltage fluctuation of the grid.
The welding heat control is accurate, reliable and repeatable with precise control (0.01 ~ 9.99 seconds).
The welding current is controlled by single chip microcomputer, and the digital tube preset is accurate and intuitive. It can ensure that the welding current of different skilled operators is completely consistent with different time and place.
Automatic/manual selection function: use multi-layer penetration welding and other special occasions;
Manual welding/stud welding selection function: after pressing the welding gun switch, the output time is limited to 9.99 seconds, which can prevent the damage of the welder caused by wrong operation.
